The day before you peel and apple and put it in the refrigerator. The day for the dinner you get some cold, important COLD plates and arrange 2-3 langusta tales which you have smashed with a pan on the plates. Then you poor a little apple vinegar and olive oil over the crushed tales and add a leaf or two from Rosmarine and the second you serve, you take the frossen apple and use a grater to make snow

Jeg var i forbindelse med en "Deal" et smut forbi The Dining Room. Menuen var forholdsvis uoriginal, men meget velsmagende.
Betjeningen var i top og udsigten fås ganske enkelt ikke flottere i København.
