If in a hurry and it still needs to be Goumet, then I got this recipe from Heidi some time ago and it is perfect for vegtables and fish.
Take 1dl of Tamarin soy sauce and add about 150 gram of unsaltet butter which has been cut into small pieces. Then heat it slowly while stirring and you have a wonderfull and tasting asian sauce...
Just want to share one of my favourite appetizers originally created by Paul Cunningham from the Paul in Tivoli.
First take the four langustine tales and put one very thin slice of blubber/bacon on top. Boil the sherry with raspberries and honey and pour over the tales. Finish with raspberries, macadamianuts, oil and a little tarragon and if possible garden flowers. serve with chantaralle sauce.
